- Ownership of Resolved Issues:Once Appeals Doctor initiates service for your account, any successfully resolved issues will be attributed to the work of Appeals Doctor, regardless of the cause of resolution. This includes prior appeals or actions taken by the client on the account. Full payment is due upon successful resolution.
- Document Integrity:Appeals Doctor commits to never altering or manipulating any documents received from the client or submitted to Amazon.
- Authentic Supporting Documents:supporting documents provided by the client must be genuine and unaltered.
- Client-Submitted Documents:Appeals Doctor does not assume responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of any documents submitted by the client.
- Compliance with Laws and Guidelines:All services performed by Appeals Doctor are conducted in strict accordance with Amazon’s rules and guidelines and are compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
- Contractual Agreement:Appeals Doctor will provide the client with a contract to sign before any services are performed. The contractual relationship begins upon the client’s initial deposit. All deposits are non-refundable.
- No Guarantee of Results:Appeals Doctor makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the outcome of the services provided. While we commit to performing our best work, the ultimate decision concerning your Amazon account, including but not limited to its reinstatement or status, lies with Amazon or a neutral arbitrator, as applicable. Appeals Doctor shall not be liable for any actions or decisions made by Amazon or any third-party arbitrator.
